Mr.Ponkshe has done his graduation in Commerce from the University of Pune and has 6 years experience in the field of Intellectual Property rights. Besides being the Managing Partner of Bhate & Ponkshe, Mr.Ponkshe is also the Managing Director of other companies of the group viz: Plastart Electronics Private Limited, Innovations andMascom Technologies. With his experience in Research and Development activities and the other groupcompanies, Mr.Ponkshe primarily focuses into Patents relating to Electronics, Communication and InformationTechnology.

Mr. Acharya has completed his Masters in Chemistry along with a Degree in Law. He also holds the honour of completing his Masters in Comparative Law from the George Washington University, USA in Intellectual Property Rights. He also holds a certificate in Law related to business and is also a member of The Institution of Chemists,India.
Mr. Acharya has vast experience of over four decades in Intellectual Property Rights. He has also served as the Controller General of Patents, Designs & TradeMarks for a period of 12 years with the Government of India. The Controller General of Patents, Designs & TradeMarks in India is equivalent to the Commissioner of Patents in USA    Presently involved in Bhate & Ponkshe as a senior Patent and Trademark attorney, specialising in Chemical,Pharmaceutical & Engineering Patents.

Dr.Suresh Ghorpade is a Doctorate in Economics and has completed a Special Course in International Marketing in Frankfurt, Germany in 1968. After completing his doctorate, Dr.Ghorpade joined International Business Division of Birla Group. Later on he joined MSSIDC to start export operations of this Corporation.
His next assignment was with Kirloskar Group as a Resident Manager for West European Operations. His last assignment was with Chowgule Group of Industries in Goa.
Since 1985 he has been operating as a Consultant in International Business covering export marketing, imports, foreign collaborations and joint ventures. He is a visiting faculty to leading business schools in Pune. He is advisor to MITCON, Pune, Jagtik Marathi Chamber of Commerce, Mumbai, International Business Club, Pune and Government of Maharashtra in foreign trades.
Dr.Ghorpade primarily focuses on the Collaboration and Joint Venture Agreements, Market Research.

Mr.Pednekar is a graduate from the discipline of Arts and is involved in Bhate & Ponkshe for the last 13 years as the Administration in-charge. He is also responsible for handling all the procedural and communication aspects pertaining to Patents and Trademarks.
